MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 246

PRESCRIBING THE GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE DISPOSITION OF PAPERS IN THE LEGAL OFFICE.

In connection with Memorandum Order No. 24-5 dated July 16, 19715 delineating the functions and responsibilities of the Assistant Executive Secretaries, the following guidelines are hereby issued insofar as the disposition of papers in the Legal Office are concerned:

1. Assistant Executive Secretary Roberto V, Reyes shall continue to sign actions or decisions on appealed cases from the Auditor General, as well as matters pertaining to the Games and Amusements Board.

2. All legal cases for the Presidents clearance shall be prepared for the signature of the Executive Secretary.

3. All the cases referred to above and other papers coming from the Legal Office shall be coursed through Atty. Ronaldo B. Zamora, Special Assistant to the Executive Secretary.

This Order takes effect immediately.
