MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 511
AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 502, DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1971, ENTITLED “AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE PERIODIC SEMINARS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT CIVIL ENGINEERS OF THE PHILIPPINES (AGCEP).â
Memorandum Circular No. 502, dated September 2, 1971, authorizing attendance in the periodic seminars of the Association of Government Civil Engineers of the Philippines (AGCEP ), is hereby amended so as to authorize the participants in the said seminar transportation expenses, subsistence and lodging, as well as seminar fee not exceeding fifty (P50.00) per seminar, all chargeable against their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
It is understood that the participants stationed within the Greater Manila Area or in other selected cities or provinces where the seminar will be held shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and seminar fees only.
