MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 615
AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 598 DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 1972, CREATING AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE PREPARATION AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE HOLDING OF THE 6TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK TO BE HELD IN MANILA ON APRIL 26-28, 1973.
Memorandum Circular No. 598 dated September 18, 1972, creating an Executive Committee to take charge of the preparation and arrangements for the holding of the 6th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank to be held in Manila on April 26-28, 1973, is hereby amended to read as follows:
