Pursuant to Section 261 of the Revised Administrative Code, these designations hereby authorize above personnel to be paid by and receive from the National Computer Center the amount corresponding to the difference between the present salaries of their regular positions and the salaries authorized for their respective positions at NCC, together with such reimbursement for expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties as presently authorized to be paid to them under existing laws, orders, rules and regulations.
