MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 621

URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION.

The University of Philippines at Tarlac and the Public Administration Club of said Province will jointly sponsor a seminar on public administration from March 3 to May 5, 1973.

The Seminar is intended to fill the need for an efficient and effective civil servant in the Central Luzon region as envisioned in the Civil Service Law and consistent with the goals and objectives of the New Society.

Considering the timeliness of the purpose of the seminar in relation to the Administration’s effort to provide optimum public service, all departments, bureaus and offices, including local government subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations in the Central Luzon region are hereby urged to send not more than two (2) employees on the supervisory level to the seminar. It is understood that no government expense is involved in connection with the holding of this seminar.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the seminar.
