MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 363

CREATING A TASK FORCE TO FACILITATE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 198, DATED 25 MAY 1973.

In order to facilitate implementation of the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 198, dated 25 May 1973, creating the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) and to fulfill the conditions imposed by the World Bank before a loan accommodation may be granted to finance provincial water projects, a Task Force is hereby created to lay the groundwork for expeditious implementation of the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 198.

The Task Force shall be composed of the following:

The Task Force as herein constituted is hereby directed to execute all such acts and undertake such activities as well as call upon the assistance of such government agencies, bureaus or offices as are necessary for the immediate organization of the LWUA and render such body operative pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 198 dated May 25, 1973.

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
