MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 661

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION OF THE

PHILIPPINE LIBRARY ASSOCIATION.

The Philippine Library Association will hold a convention in commemoration of its Golden Jubilee Anniversary in Manila October 25-29, 1973, on the theme “Libraries and Infrastructure Development”

All government librarians from national and local offices, as well as government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to attend the convention on official time with reimbursement for convention fee only of not higher than ₱30.00 as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593, series of 1972.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
