MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 700

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PARTICIPANTS.

The Philippine Association of Technical Assistance Participants (PATAP) will hold a convention-seminar on March 13-15, 1974, at the Phil-Am Life Auditorium, Manila, on the theme: “PATAP’S Response To The New Society.”

National and local offices including government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to send to the convention-seminar their officials and employees, who are members of the PATAP, on official time with expenses for the transportation, subsistence and lodging as well as seminar fees, all chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 344 dated November 26, 1973, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, as an exception to Memorandum Circular No. 593 of this Office, series of 1972.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
