MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 759

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE EIGHTEEN-AGENCY STAFF DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION ON AUGUST 22-25, 1974.

The Philippine Mental Health Association will conduct an Eighteen-Agency Staff Development Seminar on August 22-25, 1974 on the theme “Coping with Change.”

In view of the relevance of the seminar to the current programs on mental health services, the following government agencies are hereby authorized to send participants to the seminar on official time, as an exception to the Memorandum Circular No. 593, series of 1972, provided that no government expense will be involved in connection therewith:

1. Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court – Manila, Caloocan and Quezon City

2. Social Work Services, Mayor’s Office, Quezon City

3. Quezon City Health Department

4. Division of City Schools, Quezon City

5. Department of Health, San Lazaro Cpd., Manila

6. Department of Social Welfare

7. Veterans Memorial Hospital

8. UP-PGH Medical Center

The participants shall submit a report to their respective agency heads on their attendance in the said seminar within fifteen (15) days upon termination thereof.
