MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 773

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIFTH PHILIPPINE MANAGEMENT CONGRESS.

The Philippine Council of Management (PHILCOMAN) will sponsor the Fifth Philippine Management Congress to be held on December 8-14, 1974, at the Philippine Village Hotel, on the theme: “Complementation Among Asian Nations.”

Management experts, practitioners and educators from the Philippines and other Asian-Pacific countries will participate as speakers, discussants and delegates. The Management Congress will explore the developing role of complementation in the light of the rapid political and social changes in the region as well as the new priority areas, growing opportunities and expanding areas of possible cooperation in the Asian Region.

All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorized to send their selected participants to the said Congress on official time.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance, with their observations and comments on deliberations in the Congress, within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
