MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 802

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND RECOMMEND A REALISTIC AND VIABLE COMPENSATION SCHEME FOR BUS DRIVERS IN THE METROPOLITAN MANILA.

There is hereby created a Committee to study and recommend a realistic and viable compensation scheme for bus drivers in the Metropolitan Manila composed of the following:

1. Hon. Ramon B. Cardenas Assistant Executive Secretary

2. Miss Rachel Fidelino Chairman, Wage Commission Department of Labor
 

– Member
 

3. Mr. Manuel Garcia Department of Industry
– Member
 

4. Atty. Mahabagin Centeno Philippine National Railways
– Member
 

5. Mr. Fedcricc Silao Department of Public Works, Transportation, and Commu­nications
– Member
 

6. Maj. Alberto Mendoza Highway Patrol Group
– Member
 

7. Mr. Jose C. Crisanto, Jr. Manila Transit Corporation
– Member
 

The Committee shall submit its report not later than March 1, 1975.

The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office or instrumentality of the government including government-owned and/or controlled corporations for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its tasks.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
