MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 501

AUTHORIZING SIX (6) PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG ENGINEER’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE.

In the interest of the service and as an exception to Memorandum 192-74 dated August 20, 1974, the following personnel of the Malacañang Engineer’s Office, to wit:

1. John C. Bautista
Engineer In-charge

2. Romeo V. Sandalan
Civil Engineer

3. Rodolfo F. Llave
Time Keeper

4. Pedro A. Sindac
Storekeeper

And two (2) other employees based on the actual need of their respective services are hereby authorized to render overtime service with one (1) meal allowance a day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for the period from March 1 to June 30, 1975, in connection with the beautification and renovation of the Mini Park, including the Flowering and Vegetable Nursery, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
