MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 532

AUTHORIZING ELEVEN (11) EMPLOYEES OF THE MALACAÑANG ENGINEER’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICES WITH PAY.

In the interest of the service and as an exception to Memorandum Order No. 373, series of 1973, the following eleven (11) employees of the Malacañang Engineer’s Office are hereby authorized to render overtime services during the period from August 14, 1975 to September 15, 1975 in connection with the renovation of the rooms at the 3rd Floor of the San Miguel Executive Office Building Annex, with entitlement to additional compensation for overtime services actually rendered in connection therewith pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-I (32) availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements:
