PROCLAMATION NO. 1722
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 412 DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1953, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AND TRANSFERRING THE SAME TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO FOR DISPOSITION AND ALIENATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 696 of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Republic Act No. 477, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 412 dated September 2, 1953, parcels of land designated as Lot 312, Lot 334 and Lot 313-B, in accordance with the approved survey plan, Psd-60302, executed by Geodetic Engineer Antonio Hernandez on May 5-July 17, 1953 containing an area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN (136,377) square meters situated in the Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao which parcels are more particularly described as follows:

and to transfer the same to the Municipality of Panabo for disposition and alienation to the actual occupants therein, subject to private rights if any, in accordance with the Public Land Law and Republic Act No. 477 as amended and provided further that the proceeds from the sale shall be appropriated by the Sangguniang Bayan for the improvement of the aforestated parcels of land.
