MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 642

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO REVIEW MATTERS ALREADY DECIDED BY THE BOARD OF LIQUIDATORS WHICH CONTINUE TO BE CONTROVERSIAL

There is hereby created a Committee to review all matters already decided by the Board of Liquidators which continue to be controversial composed of the following:

The Committee may call upon the Board of Liquidators and other government agencies concerned for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its task.

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
