PROCLAMATION NO. 1832
RESERVING FOR PUERICULTURE CENTER AND MUNICIPAL RURAL HEALTH UNITS OFFICES SITES PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale of settlement and reserve for puericulture center and municipal rural health units offices sites purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Kidapawan, subject to private rights, if any there be and to the provisions of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2967-A, Csd-12-001141-D) situated at municipality of Kidapawan, province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by National Highway; on the SW., along the line 2-3 by Lot 2967-B, Csd-12-001141-D; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2967-C, Csd-12-001141-D; and on the NE., along the line 4-1 by Municipal Road.
Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2967-A, Csd-12-001141-D, being S. 14-13 W., 1158.35 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Ts-220; thence

thence N. 61-18 W., 52.05 m. to point 3;
thence N. 27-02 E., 20.20 m. to point 4;

point of beginning. Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND AND FIFTY ONE (1,051) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; and the rest by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, by G. Ortiz, Geodetic Engineer, on November 23, 1978 and approved on December 11, 1978.

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2967-B Csd-12-001141-D) situated at municipality of Kidapawan, province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., along 1-2 by National Highway; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Municipal Road; on the W., and NW., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Lot 2967-C, Csd-12-001141-D; and on the NE., along line 6-1 by Lot 2967-A, Csd-12-001141-D.
Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2967-B, Csd-12-001141-D, being S. 14-26 W., 1178.04 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Ts-220; thence

thence N. 60-56 W., 20.22 m. to point 3;

point of beginning. Containing an area THREE THOUSAND ONEÂ Â Â Â HUNDRED AND TWENTY SEVEN (3,127) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; and the rest by P.C. Cyl. Conc. Mons. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, by G. Ortiz, Geodetic Engineer, on November 23, 1978 and approved on December 11, 1978. These lot are identical to Lots 3478 and 3479, respectively, portions of Lot 2967, Ts-220.
