MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 654
CREATING THE CONWAP RESETTLEMENT PROJECT INFORMATION GROUP
In order to accelerate the implementation of the provisions of Proclamation No. 1498, dated 11 September 1975, reserving for settlement purposes under the administration and disposition of the Department of Agrarian Reform, now the Ministry of Agrarian Reform, parcels of land and other public domain situated in the Municipalities of Dupax, Province of Nueva Viscaya and Maddela, Province of Quirino, an Information Group, hereon to be known as the Conwap Resettlement Project Information Group, is hereby created to conduct an intensive information drive in the resettlement area per Proclamation No. 1498.
The Conwap Resettlement Project Information Group shall be composed of the following:

The Information Group as herein constituted is hereby directed to convene at the earliest time possible to plan its activities towards the attainment of its objective.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
