MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1162
TO: The Bureau of Lands Director and Regional Directors
SUBJECT: Attendance of BL-Buklod Officers to the First BLBLK National-Workshop
The Regional and central office chapters of the Buklod ng mga Kabataang Kawani (BLK) in the Bureau of Lands will hold four-day live-in integrative Conference-Workshop at the Ateneo University, Metro Manila on September 6-9, 1979.
The conference which is geared to the theme, “Youth Unification, Direction and Involvement”, aims to define the roles of Bureau of Lands Buklod Chapters in national development and to formulate concrete plans and programs in support of the present Bureau of Lands program thrusts.
In view of the importance of the subjects to be threshed in the conference, you are hereby enjoined to authorize the attendance of the following officers of the Buklod Chapters in your respective offices; the President, the Vice-President and the Secretary of the Executive Board. Your office may also send as observer any active Buklod number with leadership potentials.
In order to push through the aforecited conference and to minimize expenditures thereof, prospective participants shall be entitled to collect from their respective offices only the following:
1. Registration fee in the amount of â±350.00 to cover expenditures for board and lodging and other necessary expenses; and
2. Reasonable transportation expenses and allowances subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
