BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

PROCLAMATION NO. 2333

DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1984, AS NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG AND THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, on February 10, 1984, the City of Laoag will celebrate its fiesta which will be a homecoming celebration for all those who have given a distinction and honor to the City and the Province of Ilocos Norte in their respective fields of endeavors;

WHEREAS, the residents of Laoag City and the Province of Ilocos Norte desire to have full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, February 10, 1984, as non-working special public holiday in the City of Laoag and the Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen hundred and eighty-four.
