PROCLAMATION NO. 2483
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 814, SERIES OF 1961, WHICH RESERVED FOR THE USE OF THE GIRL SCOUT OF THE PHILIPPINES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAUG (now ASUNCION), PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY EXCLUDING THEREFROM CERTAIN PORTIONS AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby amend Proclamation No. 814, series of 1961, which reserved for the use of the Girl Scout of the Philippines certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Saug (now Asuncion), Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, by excluding therefrom certain portions of the land embraced therein and declaring the same open to disposition under the provision of the Public Land Act, as amended, which portions are more particularly described as follows:
