MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 252

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY J. DANFORTH QUAYLE, VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

There is hereby created a Committee to take charge of the arrangements for the Visit of His Excellency J. Danforth Quayle, Vice-President of the United States of America, to be composed of the following:

The Committee shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of all arrangements to be made in connection with the Visit.

The Committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or any instrumentality of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions. The Committee is likewise authorized to create sub-committees as necessary.

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
