RESERVING FOR THE SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PAGSABANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN PAGSABANGAN, TAGUM, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for the school site purposes of the Pagsabangan Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Pagsabangan, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and which are more particularly described as follows:
