BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

PROCLAMATION NO. 662

DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1990, AS “PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO DAY”

WHEREAS, Thursday, November 15, 1990, marks the 40th Foundation Anniversary of the Province Oriental Mindoro; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Oriental Mindoro desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their province’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, November 15, 1990 as “Province of Oriental Mindoro Day.” The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 9th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
