MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 358

Pending the approval of the organizational structure and Staffing Pattern of the Presidential Action Center (PACE) and to effectively implement the provisions of Executive Order No. 442, officials and employees occupying the following positions in said office are hereby authorized to assist the PACE Executive Committee and Secretariat created under Memorandum Order No. 339.

For the extra services rendered by these officials and employees, including the members of the Executive Committee and Secretariat, they are hereby authorized to receive honorarium pay at the monthly rates indicated opposite their respective position titles, effective February 16, 1991, chargeable against the funds authorized for the Special Project of the PACE in 1991.

Accordingly, other government employees assigned and required by their respective offices or departments to render extra services in coordination with the Presidential Action Center in the implementation of the provisions of Executive Order No. 442, are likewise authorized to receive additional compensation and/or honorarium at rates not to exceed Two Thousand Pesos per month chargeable against the current year allotments of their respective offices or departments.

Granting of honorarium and/or additional compensation to the above cited personnel and other employees assigned to and required to render extra services to implement the functions and objectives of the Presidential Action Center, is allowed as an exception to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 205 and National Emergency Memorandum Order No. 24 dated May 17, 1990.
