RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MA-A ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY OF MA-A, DISTRICT OF TALOMO, DAVAO CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Ma-a Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Ma-a, District of Talomo, Davao City, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 14-B, Psd-11-029591 being a portion of Lot 14, (LRC) Psd-92540, situated in Barangay of Ma-a, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on Northeast along lines 6-7-1 by Lot 41, (LRC) Psd-92540; along line 1-2 by Road; on the Southeast, along line 2-3 by Lot 15 (LRC) Psd-92540; on the Southwest along line 3-4 by Lot 410, Cad 102; on the Northwest along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 14-A, Psd-11- 029591. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S.57 deg. 14′ W., 515.94 m. from BLLM No. 21, Cad-102, Davao Cadastre.

Date of subdivision survey, May 15, 1991 by Geodetic Engineer Moises N. Miranda and was approved on June 28, 1991.
