MEMORANDUM ORDER NO 137

DESIGNATING THE SENIOR PERSONNEL OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT WHO SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE CABINET MEMBERS

The following senior personnel of the Office of the President are hereby directed to act as the President’s coordinating officers with the Cabinet Clusters indicated opposite their names:

Presidential Assistant Benjamin De Leon; and Director Susana Abaya

4.
Cluster “D”
Presidential Assistant Joseph Alabanza; and Presidential Assistant Jesus Beringuela

Cluster “E”
Presidential Consultant on Military Affairs Carlos Tañega; and Undersecretary Jose Apolinario Lozada, Jr

6.
Cluster “F”
Presidential Assistant Vicente Feria, Jr.; and Presidential Assistant Ambrocio Ramos

7.
Cluster “G”
Presidential Assistant Victor Ramos; and Executive Assistant Crispiniano Acosta, Jr

The Coordinators shall perform the following functions:

1. Attend meetings of the Cabinet Cluster;

2. Submit reports to the President on the recommendations of the Cluster;

3. Coordinate with the Executive Secretary and the PMS Head on all matters which the Cluster will present fob consideration in Cabinet meetings; and,

4. Perform such other functions as the President may assign.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
