MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 65

DIRECTING ALL DEPARTMENT HEADS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKSHOP SPONSORED BY THE JOINT PREPARATORY EXECUTIVE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE TASKED TO FORMULATE A COMMON LEGISLATIVE AGENDA ON 20 AUGUST 1993 FROM 8:00 AM TO 6:00 P.M.

The Joint Preparatory Executive Legislative Committee tasked to formulate a common legislative agenda created under Administrative Order No. 70 dated 28 July 1993 will conduct a workshop on 20 August 1993 at the Manila Hotel, Rizal Park, Manila, to formulate a common legislative agenda. It is understood that the legislative measures that will be included in the common agenda shall be given priority by Congress in its Second Regular Session.

In view of the importance of the exercise considering that some of the more crucial programs of the National Government requires legislation, all heads of departments are hereby directed to prepare for and participate in the workshop and to lobby strongly for the adoption or inclusion of the Administration’s legislative measures in the common agenda.
