Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-fifth
day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-four.
[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7815]
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAMATAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX AT THE POBLACION OF SABANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SABANGAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SABANGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Cumatiigan National High School Annex at the poblacion of the Municipality of Sabangan, Mountain Province, is hereby separated from the Camatagan National High School in the Municipality of Sabangan, Mountain Province, and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Sabangan National High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 24, 1994 and August 25, 1994, respectively.
