MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 143

AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE 22ND UNITED ARCHITECTS OF THE PHILIPPINES ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION

The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) will conduct a three-day convention on the theme: “The Filipino Architect: At the Forefront of National and Global Development,” which will be held on April 11-13, 1996 at the Manila Midtown Hotel.

In this connection, heads of departments, agencies and offices, including local government units and GOCC’s are hereby enjoined to send not more than three (3) members to participate in said convention on official time only.

Within thirty (30) days after the Convention, the organizers shall submit to this Office a report and evaluation of the Convention and list of participants indicating their respective offices, copy furnished the Civil Service Commission and the Professional Regulation Commission.
