second day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-six.

[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8270]

AN ACT SEPARATING THE CALINAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY DACUDAO, FROM THE CALINAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN CALINAN, BOTH IN DAVAO CITY, AND CONVERTING IT INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DACUDAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Calinan National High School Annex in Barangay Dacudao, Calinan, Davao City, is hereby separated from the Calinan National High School in Calinan, also of the same city, and converted into a separate and independent national high school, to be known as the Dacudao National High School.

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
