RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITES PURPOSES OF THE ANDILI ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY ANDILI, MUNICIPALITY OF MAWAB, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school sites purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Andili, Municipality of Mawab, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 12515-A, Csd-11-010267-D, being a portion of Lot 12515, Cad-282, (before Lot 109-C, Csd-11-006615-D) situated in Barangay Andili, Municipality of Mawab, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 12515-B, Csd-11-010267-D (equivalent to Lot 13671, Cad-282), on the S., along line 2-3 by road; on the W., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 108, Cad-282; and on the N., along line 5-1 by Lot 12514, Cad-282 (before Lot 109-B, Csd-11-006615-D).
