PROCLAMATION NO. 1146

CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN VILLAMOR AIR BASE, PASAY CITY AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916 (The Special Economic Zone Act of 1995), I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a Special Economic Zone (ECOZONE) pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 97-360 dated November 5, 1997, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City as the PIATCO SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE consisting of 63.4843 hectares, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 14 Swo-007607-001236-D, portion of Parcel 2 Psu-2031), situated in the Brgy. of Villamor Air Base, City of Pasay, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-10 by Road Lot 11, (Swo-007607-001236-D); on the SE., along line 10-11, (Swo-007607-001236-D); on the SE., along line 10-11 by Lot 13, (Swo-007607-001236-D); on the SE., along line 11-12 by RUNWAY, portion of Parcel 2, Psu-2031; on the NW., along lines 12-20 by portion of Parcel 2, Psu-2031; and on the NE., along lines 20-21-1 by Road Lot 11 (Swo-007607-001236-D). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 87 deg. 31′ W., 6762-45 m. from BLLM No. 1, MCADM 590-D, Taguig Cad.
