PROCLAMATION NO. 433

DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 15, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Monday, January 15, 2001, marks the celebration of the Feast Day of Saint Paul, The First Hermit, the patron saint of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, January 15, 2001, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, two thousand one.
