PROCLAMATION NO. 51

CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BINANG, MUNICIPALITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, TO BE ANNEXED INTO THE LAGUNA TECHNOPARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as part of the Laguna Technopark Special Economic Zone, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution Nos. 00-060 dated 08 March 2000, 95-044 dated 16 August 1995 and 95-099 dated 26 April 1995 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, four (4) lots, all located in Barangay Biñang, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna, consisting of FORTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR (43,974) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
