PROCLAMATION NO. 105

DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY GANADO WITHIN THE LAGUNA INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK-GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONE (LIIP-GIZ) MUNICIPALITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, TO BE INCLUDED/ANNEXED TO THE LAGUNA INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK-SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (LIIP-SEZ) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate as a special economic zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-049 dated 24 February 2000 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located within the LIIP-GIZ in Barangay Ganado, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna, to be included/annexed to LIIP-GIZ, consisting of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (28,985) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation/subdivision plan Pcs-04-016404 being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 3, Pcs-04-006000), situated in the Barangay of Ganado, Municipality of Biñan, Province of Laguna. Bounded on the NE., and SE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 3 of the consolidation/subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 2; on the SW., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 8; along line 5-6 by Lot 2, both of Block 3; on the NW., along lines 6-7-8 by Road Lot 3, all of Pcs-04-006000; and on the NE., SE., along lines 8-9-10-11-1 by Lot 2, of the consolidation/subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being, S. 12 deg. 29’W., 1106.81 m. from BLM No. 14, Biñan Estate.

Mons. 15 x 60 cms.; bearings true; date of original survey, January 1906 ‑ February 1907, and that of the subdivision survey, July 18, 2000, and was approved on October 12, 2000.
