PROCLAMATION NO. 155

CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PUNTA, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as a Special Economic Zone pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 96-154 dated 02 May 1996 of the Board of Directors of Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a parcel of land located in the Barangay Punta, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, an area consisting of FIVE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY THREE POINT SEVENTY ONE (510,733.71), square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
