RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL CEMETERY SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED AT BABAK, ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other forms of disposition, and reserve for Municipal Cemetery site purposes, under the administration of the Local Government Unit, Island Garden City of Samal, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Babak, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows;

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
