DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, the City of General Santos marks its 64th Foundation Anniversary and Kalilangan Festival on Thursday, February 27, 2003;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 27, 2003, as a special day in the City of General Santos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
