PROCLAMATION NO. 506

DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 23, 2003, marks the 3rd Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of the City of Bayawan full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 23, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 1st day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Three.
