RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF LA FORTUNA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY LA FORTUNA, MUNICIPALITY OF SOCORRO, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement, and thereby reserve for school site purposes of La Fortuna National High School under the Administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangay La Fortuna, Municipality of Socorro, Province of Oriental Mindoro, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

These lots were surveyed in accordance with the existing laws and regulations and were surveyed on January 23, 2002 by Geodetic Engr. Delfin Sigue, Jr. and were approved on April 19, 2002.
The tracts of land herein shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
