RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARASUGAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT POBLACION, SAN MARIANO (NOW MARAGUSAN), COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for government center site purposes of the Municipal Government of Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Poblacion, San Mariano (now Maragusan), Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao containing an aggregate area of Eighty One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Seven (81,947) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 707-B, Csd-11-009625-D, portion of Lot 707, Block 46, Ts-11-000045-D), situated in Poblacion, San Mariano (now Maragusan), Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao. The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
