DECLARING SATURDAY, MAY 7, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
WHEREAS, Saturday, May 7, 2005, marks the 65th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, May 7, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
