PROCLAMATION NO. 931

DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 15, 2005, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Oriental Mindoro;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, November 15, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of October in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
