PROCLAMATION NO. 930

DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Friday, October 21, 2005, marks the 52nd Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, October 21, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
