PROCLAMATION NO. 992

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 8, 2006, marks the 8th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 8, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Compostela Valley.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Six.
