CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK I SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF TIBAG (SAN ISIDRO), CITY OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Park, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 04-371 dated 29 December 2000 and 08 November 2004 respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Tarlac Provincial Information Technology Park I located at Barangay Tibag (San Isidro), Tarlac City, consisting an area of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE (59,183) SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
