Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand five.

[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9349]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CONCEPCION-CAPAS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CONCEPCION AND CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Concepcion-Capas Road in the municipalities of Concepcion and Capas, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 7.5 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
