PROCLAMATION NO. 1133

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS JG SUMMIT CENTER WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 6783 AYALA AVENUE, SALCEDO VILLAGE, BARANGAY BEL-AIR, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 04-387 dated 22 November 2004, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the JG Summit Center, which stands on two parcels of land of the private domain, situated at 6783 Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, with an aggregate area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty (2,430) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 12 Block 3

TCT No. 197346

A parcel of land (Lot 12, Block 3 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6132, being a portion of Block C of plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 2029) situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal. Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by lot 30, block 3; on the SE., point 3 to 4 by lot 11, block 3; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by lot 11, block 3; on the SW., points 4 to 1 by street lot 1 (Ayala Avenue) and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by lot 13, block 11 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 49 deg. 28’W., 1733 m. from BLLM 1, Mp. of Makati, Rizal;

thence N. 33 deg. 40′ E., 50.00 m. to point 2;

thence S. 62 deg. 17′ E., 24.13 m. to point 3;

thence S. 33 deg. 40′ W., 52.50 m. to point 4;

thence N. 56 deg. 20′ W., 24.00 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty (1,230) square meters, more or less. All of points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PLS cyl. conc. mons., 15×60 cm. bearings true; decl. 0 deg. 37’E., date of original survey, December 10, 1923 to January 9, 1924 and that of the subdivision survey, October 13-22, 1958.

A parcel of land (Lot 13, Block 3 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-6132, being a portion of block C, of plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 2029) situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal. Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by lot 30, block 3, on the SE., points 4 to 1 by lot 12, block 30, on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Street lot 1 (Ayala Avenue) and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by lot 14, block 3, all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 49 deg. 28′ W., 1733.03 from BLLM 1., Mp. of Makati, Rizal;

thence N. 56 deg. 20′ W., 24.00 m. to point 2;

thence N. 33 deg. 40′ E., 50.00 m. to point 3;

thence S. 56 deg. 20′ E., 24.00 m. to point 4;

thence S. 33 deg. 40′ W., 50.00 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred (1,200) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PLS cyl. conc. mons. 15×50 cm. bearings true, decl. 0 deg. 37′ E., date of original survey, December 10, 1923 to January 9, 1924 and that of the subdivision survey, October 13-22, 1958.
