PROCLAMATION NO. 1328

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUPI, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 11, 2007, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 11, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
