MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 152

AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN NORTHERN LUZON REGION IN IBP’s REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Northern Luzon Region, will be holding its Regional Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on April 15 to 17, 2008 at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City.

In this connection, all government lawyers in Northern Luzon Region (Abra, Baguio-Benguet, Batanes, Cagayan, Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Isabela, Kalinga-Apayao, La Union, Mt. Province, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
